How to redeem rewards for customer loyalty program
Check the customer in, see what they qualify for, and add it to the order.
Flowhub10 steps
Go to Customers in Flowhub.
Select a loyalty customer.
Click "CHECK IN".
Go to "CASHIER".
Select the customer to create an order.
Check their points balance.
Click "AVAILABLE REWARDS" to see which rewards they qualify for.
Click "ADD" on the reward you want.
Close the window.
The discount is applied. Complete the order.
