Email support@stickycards.co from the address on your account. We will go through your account, your timing and your pricing with you directly.
Which features do I get?
All of them. Upgraded accounts get full access to the 2.0 platform: Playbooks, Playmaker, live segments, wallet loyalty, and the new reporting suite.
What happens to my customers, points, and cards?
They come with you. Your customer records, point balances, tiers, and issued wallet cards carry over, and we walk through the whole migration with you on the onboarding call.
Can I keep using 1.0 in the meantime?
Yes. Your 1.0 dashboard stays online and supported while you migrate, and nothing switches off without plenty of notice from us first.
I already have 2.0 but my team needs a refresher.
