Create a discount code inside Greenline

Build the discount your staff will see on the POS when a reward is redeemed.

Greenline14 steps

  1. Go to https://app.getgreenline.co/ and log in.

  2. Click "Products".

  3. Click "Discounts".

  4. Click "Add discount".

  5. Add a discount name. Staff see this on the POS, for example "SC-5OFF".

  6. Optional: add a description so staff know how and when to apply it.

  7. Choose the discount type. We recommend cart-based discounts to start.

  8. Enter the discount amount.

  9. Make sure you pick the right option between "$" and "%", because it changes the order total.

  10. Choose "All products and categories", or pick specific categories.

  11. Click "All".

  12. Click the "Not required" field.

  13. Click "Save".

  14. Done. Share the discount code ID and name with your Sticky onboarding rep.
